Thank you for signing up for our Glow & Grow Market at The River at Rancho Mirage. Please review your acceptance email for any questions. As we near the event, you will get emails for arrival & set-up time, helpful hints, and event offerings. Please add cs@beautiesocial.com to your address book or whitelist so our emails don't land in your junk mail.
This event focuses on women-owned businesses, and all participating vendors must be at least 50% woman-owned or woman-identifying owned.
Event Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026
Event Time: 4pm - 8pm
Event Location: The River at Rancho Mirage
Vendor Space: This event is outdoors next to The River amphitheater.
10'x10' selection - You are allowed space for one 10'x10' pop-up tent. Please bring your own tent, tables and chairs. All vendor items must be within the 10'x10' area.
6' table selection - Space is approximately 6'x4'. Please bring your own umbrella, tables and chairs. All vendor items must be within the 6'x4' area.
Shared 10'x10' selection - You are allowed space for 2 vendors in one 10'x10' pop-up tent. Please bring your own tent, tables and chairs. All vendor items must be within the 10'x10' area.
Food Vendor selection - You are allowed space for one 10'x10' pop-up tent. Please bring your own tent, tables and chairs. All vendor items must be within the 10'x10' area. Proper licensing required. Please see acceptance email.
All tents, tables, and setups require weights.
This fee is non-refundable. Participation in this event is voluntary and at your own risk. BeautieSocial LLC will not be held liable for any loss, injury, theft, or damages. All vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautieSocial LLC against any and all claims and actions arising from this event.
