PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a 'pre-order' item, your entire purchase will ship after the pre-order item becomes available. You will not receive multiple shipments, unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping takes an additional 3-10 days, and Priority Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.

International Shipping Policy

Canada and Mexico: Flat rate international shipping is offered for $15. Shipment times vary greatly and currently take approximately 14 - 25 days after processing, due to the current pandemic and USPS delays.

All Other Countries: Flat rate international shipping is offered for $22. Shipment times vary greatly and currently take approximately 15 - 30 days after processing, due to the current pandemic and USPS delays.
